OK, so I'm back on Twitter, or at least I've signed up for it again. Within the first 5 minutes, I got a notification saying it's over capacity and they'll be back later. I'm remembering why I disliked using it so much. Trying to decide if it's worth it again. Like most things in my life, probably just one of those things I'm better off without anyway.
